Day 1: The Unshakable Kingdom of God
God’s kingdom is the only thing that will remain when everything else is shaken and removed; it is unshakable, and we are invited to receive it with gratitude and holy awe. In a world where so much feels uncertain and temporary, God offers a kingdom that cannot be moved or destroyed. This kingdom is not built on human effort or fleeting pleasures, but on the eternal foundation of Jesus Christ. As we face trials, loss, and the shaking of the world around us, we can hold fast to the hope that God’s promises are secure. Let us be thankful, worshiping Him with reverence, knowing that His kingdom and His word will endure forever.
Hebrews 12:25-29 (ESV)
See that you do not refuse him who is speaking. For if they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, much less will we escape if we reject him who warns from heaven. At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Yet once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.” This phrase, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of things that are shaken—that is, things that have been made—in order that the things that cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe, for our God is a consuming fire.
Reflection: What is one area of your life that feels unstable or uncertain right now? How can you intentionally anchor your hope in the unshakable kingdom of God today?
Day 2: The Outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the Last Days
God promises to pour out His Spirit on all people, empowering men and women, young and old, to prophesy, see visions, and dream dreams as signs of His kingdom at work among us. The gifts and presence of the Holy Spirit are not reserved for a select few, but are available to all who call on the name of the Lord. In these days, God is moving powerfully, inviting His people to participate in His work and to be open to the supernatural ways He speaks and acts. The Spirit’s outpouring is a sign that the kingdom is at hand, and that God desires to use each of us for His glory and the building up of the church.
Acts 2:17-21 (ESV)
“‘And in the last days it shall be, God declares, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; even on my male servants and female servants in those days I will pour out my Spirit, and they shall prophesy. And I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below, blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke; the sun shall be turned to darkness and the moon to blood, before the day of the Lord comes, the great and magnificent day. And it shall come to pass that everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.’”
Reflection: In what ways have you experienced or resisted the Holy Spirit’s work in your life? How can you open yourself more fully to the Spirit’s leading and gifts today?
Day 3: The Urgency of Commitment and Surrender
The time is near, and God is calling His people to get serious, to forgive, to purify their hearts, and to fully surrender their lives to Him without delay. There is a prophetic urgency in this hour—a call to move beyond complacency, to let go of distractions, and to make a wholehearted commitment to Jesus. God is inviting each person to examine their heart, to clean out anything that hinders intimacy with Him, and to walk in obedience. The opportunity to respond is now; the kingdom is at hand, and God desires a purified and refined body ready for His return.
Matthew 6:33 (ESV)
But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
Reflection: Is there an area of your life where you have been holding back from God? What specific step can you take today to surrender that area and seek His kingdom first?
Day 4: The Holiness and Majesty of God’s Throne
God is holy, majestic, and worthy of all worship; in heaven, all creation continually declares His holiness and glory before His throne. The vision of God’s throne in heaven is a reminder of His absolute sovereignty, beauty, and the awe-inspiring nature of His presence. Surrounded by elders, living creatures, and the brilliance of precious stones, God is worshiped day and night as the One who was, who is, and who is to come. This calls us to approach Him with reverence, to join in the worship of heaven, and to recognize that our God is truly set apart and worthy of all honor.
Revelation 4:1-8 (ESV)
After this I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven! And the first voice, which I had heard speaking to me like a trumpet, said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this.” At once I was in the Spirit, and behold, a throne stood in heaven, with one seated on the throne. And he who sat there had the appearance of jasper and carnelian, and around the throne was a rainbow that had the appearance of an emerald. Around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and seated on the thrones were twenty-four elders, clothed in white garments, with golden crowns on their heads. From the throne came flashes of lightning, and rumblings and peals of thunder, and before the throne were burning seven torches of fire, which are the seven spirits of God, and before the throne there was as it were a sea of glass, like crystal. And around the throne, on each side of the throne, are four living creatures, full of eyes in front and behind: the first living creature like a lion, the second living creature like an ox, the third living creature with the face of a man, and the fourth living creature like an eagle in flight. And the four living creatures, each of them with six wings, are full of eyes all around and within, and day and night they never cease to say, “Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!”
Reflection: How does the vision of God’s throne and His holiness affect the way you approach Him in worship and prayer today?
Day 5: Living with Expectation and Listening for God’s Voice
God is speaking to His people in this hour, calling them to set aside distractions, listen in silence, and meditate on what He is saying so they can respond in obedience. In the midst of busyness and noise, God invites us to quiet our hearts and seek His voice above all else. He desires to reveal His will, to guide us, and to prepare us for what is to come. By intentionally making space to listen, we position ourselves to receive His direction and to walk in step with His purposes for our lives.
Psalm 46:10 (ESV)
“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”
Reflection: When can you set aside intentional time this week to sit in silence before God, asking Him what He wants to say to you in this season?
God’s kingdom is the only thing that will remain when everything else is shaken and removed; it is unshakable, and we are invited to receive it with gratitude and holy awe. In a world where so much feels uncertain and temporary, God offers a kingdom that cannot be moved or destroyed.
